Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

Solva is used without an account. When you use the Service, we collect what you submit and what operating it requires:

• Contact details you provide with a brief or free preview (name, email address, phone if given)
• Property photos, drone images, and uploaded plans, surveys, or drawings
• Maps, map pins, location text, lot size, access information, and site constraints
• Your project brief and vision text
• Generated prompts (the text our systems compose to produce your Output) and the generated images themselves
• Payment status and transaction identifiers — we never see or store raw card data; card details go directly to our payment processor (Stripe)
• IP address and basic device/browser metadata (used for abuse prevention and rate limiting)
• Support messages you send us

2. How we use this data

We use the data above to: generate the visualisations you requested, deliver them to you by email, process payment, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain quality control over generated Output, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Service. We use data for marketing purposes only if you separately opt in — see Section 5.

3. Third-party processors

We share data with the following processors, only as necessary to operate the Service:

• Supabase — database and private file storage (your uploads and generated images are stored in non-public buckets, accessed via short-lived signed links)
• Netlify — website hosting and application functions
• Anthropic — AI text processing (brief moderation and prompt assembly)
• fal.ai — AI image generation
• Resend — email delivery
• Stripe — payment processing
• Cloudflare — Turnstile bot protection (see Section 4)

We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on the site. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Bot protection — Cloudflare Turnstile

Public forms on this site are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, operating in an invisible mode: it assesses whether a request comes from a real browser without showing a challenge to most visitors. To do this, Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser and network, such as your IP address, device and browser characteristics, and interaction signals. This processing is governed by the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. Turnstile is used solely for security and abuse prevention, not for advertising or cross-site tracking.

5. Marketing, portfolio use, and AI training

We do not use your Uploaded Materials, project details, briefs, or generated Output in Solva's own marketing, case studies, or portfolio, and we do not use them to train AI models, unless you separately and affirmatively opt in. Declining has no effect on your ability to use the Service. You may withdraw a previously given consent at any time by contacting us; withdrawal applies going forward, and we will make reasonable efforts to remove already-published material on request.

6. Retention

We retain project files (Uploaded Materials, generated prompts, and Output) for as long as needed to provide the Service — including delivering your images, honouring your included correction pass, and handling support or payment questions — plus a reasonable period afterward for dispute resolution and legal compliance. You may request earlier deletion — see Section 7.

7. Your rights — deletion, export, and consent withdrawal

You may request: deletion of your project data, export of your project data, and withdrawal of any marketing or AI-training consent you previously gave. Send requests to the privacy contact below. We will confirm receipt and the expected timeline. Some records — such as payment records and records evidencing acceptance of our Terms — are retained even after a deletion request where we are legally required to keep them or they are the evidence of a transaction; where possible, we anonymize personal identifiers on such records rather than deleting them outright.

8. Cross-border data processing

Solva and its third-party processors may process and store data in countries other than the one where you or the property is located, including the United States and other jurisdictions where our infrastructure providers operate. By using the Service, you acknowledge this cross-border processing.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data described above, including private (non-public) storage of uploaded photos and generated Output, short-lived signed access links, and access controls limiting who can view project data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect data from, anyone under the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes take effect once the version above is updated; continued use of the Service after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
